Haven of Rest Therapy Center is in network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford & UHC. We are considered an out-of-network mental health provider for all other insurance companies. We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, & HSA  or FSA cards all of  which are processed through Headway. (Our insurance and payment third party - all HIPAA compliant) We can provide a superbill (an itemized list of all services provided) for you to submit to insurance providers we are not in network with. Reimbursement from your insurance is dependent on the coverage provided by your insurance policy for out-of-network mental health providers. Some insurance providers will reimburse you for out-of-network visits, either partially or in full, so it is worth contacting them to find out. 

Our first session typically involves us getting to know one another, exploring your reasons for wanting therapy, and discussing potential goals.  We will also work together to develop a schedule that aligns with your needs. Some clients choose to meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
